Ingredients

Cookies Batch

  • 1 cup dark chocolate baking discs
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 box peanut butter or chocolate CHEX cereal
  • 1 bag mini Oreo’s
  • 1-2 cups VitaFiber IMO powder
  • 1/2 bag mini pretzels

Cream Batch

  • 1 cup white chocolate baking discs
  • 1/2 cup Peanut Butter Co, White Chocolate Wonderful
  • 1 box vanilla CHEX cereal
  • 1 bag mini Oreo’s
  • 1-2 cups VitaFiber IMO powder
  • 1/2 bag mini pretzels

 

 

 

Directions

  •  In a food processor, crush an entire bag of mini oreos until they are dust (do this for both batches at once, then divide)
  • Melt the dark chocolate and peanut butter together
  • Pour mix over the peanut butter CHEX, mixing gently to combine
  • Then pour everything in a large plastic or paper bag
  • Add 1/2 the bag of pretzels, 1/2 bag of mini oreos, 1/2 the crushed oreos, and 1-2 cups VitaFiber
  • Shake shake shake to combine
  • Pour out on to a parchment lined baking sheet to dry
  • Repeat steps with the “cream” ingredients
  • Once dry, combine the cookies and cream batches
  • STORE IN THE FREEZER FOR BEST RESULTS AND ENJOY
