Ingredients

1 can of organic chickpeas, rinsed very well
70g VitaFiber powder
1/3 cup chocolate chips
2-3 tbsp rolled oats
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
½ tsp salt
Pinch of baking soda
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
A few spoons of milk if needed

Directions

  1. Add all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) to the food processor, and process until very smooth.
  2. Stir in the chocolate chips.
  3. Transfer dough to a covered dish and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
  4. Keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.
