Ingredients
1 can of organic chickpeas, rinsed very well
70g VitaFiber powder
1/3 cup chocolate chips
2-3 tbsp rolled oats
2 tbsp peanut butter
1 tbsp vanilla protein powder
½ tsp salt
Pinch of baking soda
2 tsp pure vanilla extract
A few spoons of milk if needed
Directions
- Add all ingredients (except for chocolate chips) to the food processor, and process until very smooth.
- Stir in the chocolate chips.
- Transfer dough to a covered dish and chill in the fridge for 30 minutes.
- Keep in the fridge for 3-4 days.
