Ingredients

  • 3/4 cups natural peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup VitaFiber IMO syrup
  • 1/4 cup lime juice
  • 1/4 cup water
  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
  • 1 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
  • 2-3 cloves of garlic
  • minced or crushed red pepper flakes and scallions for garnish

Directions

  1. Mix all the ingredients (not including garnish) in a medium sized bowl with a whisk until smooth (add more water if too thick)
  2. Transfer to a small bowl and sprinkle with red pepper flakes and scallions for colour
