• 1/4 cup VitaFiber IMO syrup
  • 3 tbsp Sriracha
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups almonds
  • Flaky sea salt


  • Preheat oven to 300ºF.
  • In a small saucepan, heat honey, Sriracha, and oil until warm.
  • Toss mixture with almonds.
  • Spread almonds in a single layer on a parchment-lined baking sheet; sprinkle with salt. Roast 15 to 20 minutes, stirring a few times.
  • Remove roasted almonds and allow to cool before serving. You may have to break them up a bit once cool.
