Keto Banana Muffins

These Keto banana muffins are great for anyone on a Keto or low carb diet. They make a great breakfast, snack or treat! Using VitaFiber in my recipes is a great way to sneak in extra fiber. I can feed these to my family knowing they are a smart choice. You can top these with whatever you want. I picked You Fresh Naturals Caramel frosting.
Keto Banana Muffins
- Preheat oven to 350. Mix together the dry ingredients.
- Mash the bananas. Mix together the wet, and combine both the dry wet together.
- Scoop in muffin pan. Bake for 20-25 minutes.
- Let cool and go ahead and top with a topping of your choice!
- ½ cup bananas
- 5 eggs
- 1 tsp vanilla
- 8TB melted butter
- ½ tsp pink himalayan salt
- ½ cup coconut flour
- ½ cup VitaFiber Powder
- ½ tsp baking powder
- ½ tsp baking soda
