Peanut Sauce
Looking for the perfect dipping sauce? This sauce is the perfect side to vegetable or meat skewers.

Ingredients
- 3/4 cups natural peanut butter
- 1/4 cup VitaFiber syrup
- 1/4 cup lime juice1/4 cup water
- 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari
- 1 1/2 tsp freshly grated ginger
- 2-3 cloves of garlic
- minced or crushed red pepper flakes and scallions for garnish
Directions
- Mix all the ingredients (not including garnish) in a medium sized bowl with a whisk until smooth (add more water if too thick)
- Transfer to a small bowl and sprinkle with red pepper flakes and scallions for colour
