Vanilla Matcha Latte

Ingredients

1 tbsp VitaFiber® IMO syrup

1 cup milk of your choice

1/2 cup boiling water

1 tsp matcha powder

1 tsp vanilla extract
Directions
- Boil water and pour into mug, add matcha powder and mix.
- In a separate mug, mix milk, VitaFiber® IMO syrup, and vanilla. Microwave for 1 minute.
- Use a handheld frother to froth milk mixture.
- Add to matcha mixture. Sip and enjoy!
